This service is for adults accused of road traffic offences in England or Wales in relation to private motor vehicles.

Traditionally, if charged with a road traffic offence, you would have to phone for an appointment to see a solicitor, perhaps take time off work for the appointment, sit down and tell your story, often at an hourly rate charged by the solicitor, exchange correspondence and then attend court either with the solicitor or with a barrister he or she had instructed to represent you.

Much of this involves a process that can be streamlined and automated, which is what we offer. You are asked a series of questions and your answers produce an automated free diagnostic advice on possible outcomes and penalties if convicted. It replicates the process that a solicitor would ordinarily go through with you, but in much less time and without cost to you, all at a time of day or night that suits you. Our ‘virtual office’ never closes!

If you need one to one telephone advice, that can be provided at a modest fee and you can also have a barrister instructed by us to attend court with you and represent you, at a very reasonable cost. Representation is available not just for contested cases, but also for cases where you plead guilty but need someone to speak on your behalf about the circumstances of the offence and the impact on you of any penalty. This can help minimise the penalty and in some cases can save points being endorsed or even help avoid a disqualification.
